I would like to upgrade my RAM. I know there is a 4GB in already. I am wanting to know if there is a second slot to add 4 more?

This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your PC:

This should be a compatible 4 GB memory chip for your PC:

Since 8 GB memory chips are not a whole lot more expensive than 4 GB chips, you may want to consider installing 2 x 8 GB of memory and not have to take the PC apart again, since it is not an easy task.
