Hi:
Below is the link to the product specs for your PC.
HP All-in-One - 22-dd0010 Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support
HP Desktop PCs - Motherboard Specifications, MonkD | HP® Customer Support
The memory upgrade info can be found on the second link.
Your PC has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2400 memory.
This should be a compatible 8 GB memory chip for your PC:
Crucial 8GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT8G4SFS824A | Crucial.com
This should be a compatible 4 GB memory chip for your PC:
Crucial 4GB DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT4G4SFS824A | Crucial.com
Since 8 GB memory chips are not a whole lot more expensive than 4 GB chips, you may want to consider installing 2 x 8 GB of memory and not have to take the PC apart again, since it is not an easy task.
