I have a video card HP Amd Radeon 520 is making noise what can I do

hi

There can be several causes
it is a bit old, dust accumulates, and attenuates the cooling system, the fan turns faster, it must be cleaned
You use more demanding games than it can handle, it overheats the fan spins faster
see if lowering the games video settings improves this
It's just worn out, and it will need to be replaced.

@Knorrie68 -- another cause of noise is dust in the ball-bearings that allow the fan to spins.

Maybe, a small drop of "sewing-machine-oil" into the centre of the fan will lubricate, and eliminate any "scratching" type of sound.

I did but to no avail

completely cleaned and dust removed and a little sewing machine oil put in no result either, pc is only 3 years old so a new screw has been ordered
