HP Canada has the worst customer service

After spending hours upon hours trying to navigate HP Canada's customer service portal I'm just going to flat out complain in the hopes someone at HP is skimming the community and can throw me a bone.  Simply looking for a replacement power supply for a recent model monitor (model 24FW 3KS62AA).  None of the support lookup functions can find this product and none of the parts lookup functions can find this product - first strike HP.  Virtual assistant is terrible, after going through the motions, way too many steps HP, way to go to filter out people who actually need support beyond just AI, I hit error after error or it circles me back to the start of the virtual assistant screen all over again - strike 2 HP.  Nowhere, I mean nowhere is there any phone number or email to contact support - strike 3 HP.  Chat is a waste of time also and just gets stuck in an AI loop where it's obvious there is no way to chat with someone live - Strike 4 HP.  And even now, there is no category for Monitors in the Choose a Board selection, nothing even close to monitors, so here I am in a non relative board - strike 5 HP.  I'm pretty tech savvy and have had no probs with other brand support portals.  Your support is a disgrace HP.  How bout throwing me a bone, saving some face, and pointing me to where I can purchase a replacement power supply instead of throwing the **bleep** monitor in the garbage.
