HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

HP compaq 8100 elite  won't turn on. One of the two power button led lights for the duration the power button is physically pressed, but it doesn't remain on. The second led by the power button usually doesn't light green. the green led on the motherboard indicates that there is power to the board. any help is appreciated, thanks!
