You can upgrade the HP Compaq Elite 8300 SFF processor up to an Intel Core i7-3770K and max out your RAM 4 x 8GB of DDR3 1600 MHz UDIMM RAM sticks, using a SATA SSD as your primary boot) drive and the best compatible graphics card that your 240-watt power supply can power would be a low-profile (low power) RTX 3050 such as this model.
