HELLO,  I need help, where do I find a windows 10 OS version to download?  For My HP Compaq Elite 8300 Small Form Factor PC.

Did the PC have W10 on it previously?

I dont know. I just got it from Amazon refurbished.

The 8300 Elite model series either came with W7 or W8 from HP and if it had not been previously upgraded to W10 before it got to Amazon, then you would have to pay to install W10 and that would be somewhat of a waste of money since W10 goes out of support in just a little over two months.

You can always make bootable W10 installation media with the media creation tool, but it won't activate unless the PC has been previously upgraded to W10 when the free upgrade was offered 10 years ago.
