My HP ENVY 23-o014 All-in-One Desktop PC that runs on Windows 10 (I don’t know how many bits) has been experiencing freezing problems recently.
Every 30-60 seconds or so, the display is frozen for a few minutes, in which the mouse can move around but clicking the mouse, or typing on the keyboard, have no effect at first. At the end of the freezing time, all the actions done during the frozen time period are registered in an instant.
This problem has lasted for around 22 hours now.
Just an hour ago, the computer spit out a blue screen with the error code of 3F1. Apparently the Hard Drive is at fault.
I tried going into command prompt as an administrator and checking the files. Other than my weird result of “3m.”, there was no problem.
I tried clicking F2 on the blue error screen then running HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, but “SMART Check” and “Long DST” were “NOT INSTALLED”, and frankly, the computer is freezing so much nowadays that I can’t install anything.
Is there a way to fix this in a simple way? Or is it a much bigger problem than I thought?

@Tritone123 , welcome to the forum.
I believe that you most likely have a failing hard drive. They can cause the type of problems that you are experiencing. I suggest running the SMART test from the BIOS to see what it says.
