HP DVDRW Doesn't write on Microsoft 11

I recently upgraded from Microsoft 10 Home to Microsoft 11 Home and in doing so my pc's DVDRW doesn't write. According to Microsoft, I require an updated driver from hp to apply to OS11's CONTROL PANEL' s DVDRW. Where and how do I get this driver?

I'm always amazed at this type of response.
since the time, most cd dvd players, do not need drivers, they are installed by the operating system
But impossible to give you anything, if we don't have the model of the computer

other than that, does the drive work well?
Is it correctly installed identified in the device manager?
have you tried a burning software other than the integrated system, precisely, much more complete in general
