HP Recommended

I have somewhat modified HP desktop pro G3 MT with current spec : i3-9100, 1x16GB DDR4 2666Mhz, RX7400, 1,25 TB SATA SSD and upgraded 310w psu & cooler from HP Elitedesk MT. I followed HP technical sheet for RAM & storage upgrade before & recently tried more daring upgrade with PSU (with slightly DIY cut on the case). The question is does the motherboard support part upgrade outside the technical sheet like i7-9700 or 2x16GB RAM? or strictly refer on technical sheet only? (i5-9500 & 1x16GB/2x8GB RAM). Sorry for the bad english
