HP Pavillion M01-F0020/6YQ83AA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone!

Recently a friend of mine gifted my his old Hp Pavillion M01-F0020 model (product number 6YQ83AA) with a Ryzen 3200g CPU and he added a dedicated Nvidia GTX 1650 GPU and everything else is as it originally came in. From prior research, I understand due to some parts being proprietary, upgrades in this build are limited pretty heavily. From what I gathered I can add more RAM, possibly a more powerful NVME ssd m.2 drive and maybe more. I do have some more questions though.

1. What is the maximum number of supported GB of DDR4 2666mhz ram? Is it total of 16gb or 32gb that will be supported from the 2 dimm slots? Or can I put in a faster ram speed of the same amount.

2. If I wanted to replace the current M.2 with a more powerful part or the most powerful M.2 drive the motherboard can support, what should I be looking for when shopping? Any examples would help a great bunch!

3. Is 1 shortened GPU all the motherboard can fit with the one PCie 16 slot? Would another Pcie expansion slot work in the chasis for another GPU in the system or is 1 gpu all the motherboard can fit, pcie expansion or otherwise?

4. Is it possible to either add more of an internal HDD that is maybe 2tb or something less since I'm not sure if the PSU can handle that much more demand or if the PSU can be replaced at all whatsoever.

5. Are there any other parts I missed that can be safely and powerfully upgraded in this desktop to have the most optimized parts in this pc?

Sincere thanks to any and all comments, suggestions, and answers that came responding to this post. Thanks for the input and the time considered into this discussion.

Yes, only one low profile Video card.

For M.2 SSD, single-sided, 2280, PCIe NVMe Gen 3/4/5 is compatible. 4 TB max storage capacity.
