Product: HP Pavilion Desktop - TP01-0211a
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My computer blue screened twice in previous week
Then started to bluescreen more often in current week. 3-4 times a day - error - 0'00000d1'
Used HP website to check drivers - all okay
Contacted HP support - replaced BIOS, performed extensive system check, found no errors,
Computer continued to bluescreen
Keyboard stopped worked
Rebooting computer did not fix keyboard,
Moved keyboard USB to different Port,
Fixed keyboard issue,
Computer has stopped Blue Screening,
Could keyboard port problem have caused blue Screen issue,
