Dear all,

Two weeks ago I bought an HP DreamColor Z31x monitor from HP-Outlet at eBay US:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/165468252346?hash=item2686ad28ba:g:U5cAAOSwPP1h-aog

The item took 10 days delivered at my home in Hong Kong after power it up. Found few area has dead pixel near the bottom of the screen.

Judging by my eyes at least 10-20 dead pixel can bee seen. I called Hong Kong HP for support, they said I have to contact US HP. They won't be able to help me. Regarding to the item still cover by HP worldwide warranty. Is Hong Kong HP just lied to me or I really have to deal with US HP shipping it back and forward from HK to US again for replacement?

Thanks a lot!

Dear Erico,

Thank you for your help to inform the Moderator. Is there any way or hotline that  I can contact the service team in US?

I've been waiting for a week still no one replied me yet. I can provide the HP Z31x serial no. and sale invoice for checking.

Below is the HP Hong Kong that I referred to:

I called this hotline: (852) 2802 4098 and the HP representative told me that I need to contact HP US for the item warranty.

Regards,

Patrick Fung
