hi,
I am not able to find de Driver in the HP Support web site for a thunderbolt card 3 pcie. I have a HPZ4G4 CPU. I follow the installation card instruction without success... someone can help me..please

If this is not the driver you need, please post the hardware ID for the Thunderbolt device that needs a driver.

You're very welcome.
I need the hardware ID for the device in the device manager.
If it needs a driver, there should be a device in the device manager with a little ! mark next to it.
I need the hardware ID for that.
The model number doesn't help much because I cannot find anything at all about the card other than the specs and how to install it. No support or drivers.

Did you read the installation instructions I posted for the card?
It shows that a cable needs to be plugged into a port on the motherboard as well as being installed in the PCI express slot.
In any event, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you with getting the card to work.
