Hi:

If this is not the driver you need, please post the hardware ID for the Thunderbolt device that needs a driver.

Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device:

You're very welcome.

I need the hardware ID for the device in the device manager.

If it needs a driver, there should be a device in the device manager with a little ! mark next to it.

I need the hardware ID for that.

The model number doesn't help much because I cannot find anything at all about the card other than the specs and how to install it.  No support or drivers.

on the device manager, I found the Thundebolt (TM ) Controller - 15D2 . I am not sure if this means something for you.. thanks

It sounds to me that the driver is already installed--especially if you don't see any devices in the device manager that are missing any drivers.

apparently it is installed, but I am not able to open de content that  is my graphic card, and also I am not able to see the icon in the system try.

Did you read the installation instructions I posted for the card?

It shows that a cable needs to be plugged into a port on the motherboard as well as being installed in the PCI express slot.

In any event, unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you with getting the card to work.

yes, I followed up all the instructions , the only part that I am not able to reach is the Step 4 Loading the Thundebolt3 PCLE card driver.

I doing something wrong ... any ways thank again
