Product: HP E27d G4 QHD USB-C Docking Monitor

I bought HP E27d G4 QHD USB-C Docking Monitor but I'm unable to install camera drivers from HP 
I installed monitor drivers, docking drivers, sound drivers, HP Display Center, but camera drivers say "This app can't run on your PC"
I need to connect it to my PC which doesn't have a USB-C port, it's connected through a Display Port
