Hey all,

 

Really hoping for some help if possible please! Picked up an HP E45c G5 monitor. I'm using the supplied USB-c cables and everything works ok for the most part. For some reason my resolution options are limited as per below screenshots as well as the HP Display Center app not detecting the display. I have installed this app as well as the device bridge app.

 

Any idea what I am doing wrong that the app won't detect the display and resolutions are not as high as I would expect? It all works fine on my PC, only my Mac has this issue. I am using osx Sequoia 15.5

 

Would really appreciate any ideas or support as Google and ChatGPT have not had any solutions that have worked yet! Thank you
