Hello HP Community,
I'm hoping someone has seen this before because I can't find anyone else with this issue. I picked up an HP Envy All-in-one desktop back in 2019 and at some point, while my family was using the desktop, the pop-out camera opened up. I have not been able to close this camera since and it's driving me crazy. I watched a few videos and everyone demonstrates that the camera can be pushed down to close and tapped to open. When I try to push the camera down, it feels like its stuck on something and won't. Would appreciate anyone's help on this! Thanks.

I understand that the camera is popping out.
In that case, I would suggets ou conatct our phone support and check for the support option. They will help you.
Or you can conatct the local service center for repair.
Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.
1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
We are experiencing longer than expected wait times to reach an agent due to the CoViD-19 impact and there might have been issues in you getting the expected resolution on the issue.
