HP Recommended

Total novice when it comes to computer upgrades, so my apologies in advance...

 

I'll likely purchase an Envy TE01-3197c.  I have a new, in box 6TB WD Black internal HD.  Can I install the WD HD in the Envy TE01-3197c, and will it work with the motherboard without needing reconfiguration?  And will the computer accommodate an optical drive as well?  Thanks for your help.
