HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Seagate External Drive works on my old Dell Desktop but my new HP Envy won't read it. It' listed as a device but no matter what I try, it won't open on the HP.  I've run diagnostic and the driver is up to date. Any suggestions?

My Info:
"Currently owning an Elitedesk 600 G3 running smooth as silk with Windows 11. But servicing Desktop and laptops running Windows"

Thanks, but I had already tried those solutions. When I booted up my old Dell, the Seagate worked perfectly so I know it's functioning.
