Product: HP ENVY Desktop PC TE02-0000i (3Y3Q7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

So I tried pressing the Internal Access button to get access to the Access Panel but it literally doesn't do anything. I tried unplugging everything already and it doesn't make a difference. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong? 

Removing & Replacing Parts | HP ENVY TE02-0000 Desktop PC| HP Computer Service | @HPSupport - YouTub... Tried following this video and but button doesn't do anything.

 

EDIT: Managed to open it eventually but had to use force, anyway it seems the things at the top weren't aligned and i had to align them to put it back and now it works.
