I have HP Elite Desk 800 tiny desktop. I need to connect serial device to desktop  but it does not have serial port. Can someone guide me for a add on serial card that can be installed on board and a serial port DB9 on backside of computer.

Depending on the rest of the model number - HP Elite Desk 800 there is usually a G number for example G4

It is just a matter of adding a HP Internal Serial Port Flex IO card part # 3TK76AA, if your model is on the supported list.
