No. Not those specific modules.
The required specification for the memory modules for your PC is non-ECC and UDIMM.
Those are not the specifications of the Kingston memory you have asked about.
UDIMM is non-ECC (un registered memory) and DIMM is ECC. ( Unbuffered Dual In-line Memory Module)
