Product: HP EliteDesk 800 G4 DM 65W

I received an HP EliteDesk 800 G4 DM 65W without a power supply. I ordered what I believed was a compatible version from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Charger-EliteDesk-Desktop-Computer/dp/B08MKSNXWF but when I plugged in, I received 3 long beeps and 4 short beeps.

 

Can anyone determine if this power supply should work? It's a 90W, which I believe is required by the CPU.

 

What should my next step be in troubleshooting? New power supply (if so, please recommend the HP part number), or something else?  

 

Note: This is the i5-8500 CPU.
