Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade my processor to i7-6700K 

If that upgrade is possible does it require a better cooler than i5-6400?

My PC:HP ENVY Desktop - 750-414

I am not a HP employee.

 

Yes, your MB supports the 6700k.

 

You may need to install an after market cooler.

 

Watch CPU temps after doing the upgrade.
