Product: HP Envy 795-0050
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Upon removing the front cover of our new Envy 790-0050, the connection to the power switch broke.  I'm having trouble finding the replacement part.  Cable from the switch to the board is identificed as 'HP P/N L24320-001'.  Switch itself is identified as P/N E145483.

 

None of the authorized parts dealers list power switches for this model.  Any help you can provide would be appreciated!

Proprietary parts may be a challenge to find. I did some searching as well and could find no reference to those part numbers or partial part numbers as well. I did not even find anything on the HP Part Surfer site. Not too suprising though.

 

Part List by Product Code: 3LA27AAR and 3LA27AA.

 

If it is just a matter of a broken solder point or something like that, you might have some luck going to an appliance repair place that does repairs on site...or a local PC repair place.
