Envy AIO 27-b2xx with HP Envy Wireless Keyboard
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Brand new computer...the included wireless keyboard does not work out of the box. The included wireless mouse works fine, though.  I've charged the keyboard, tried it whilst still connected to power, tried updating the driver (windows says I have the best driver installed), etc. No luck - no input. Probably also worth mentioning that the white LED on the keyboard (next to the power switch) only seems to come on when the USB / charging cable is plugged into either a computer or a wall charger, regardless of whether the power switch is set to 'on' or 'off' (this differs from the mouse - when I turn it to 'on', the white LED comes on). Hitting caps lock and num lock does not activate the LEDs on those keys, either. The 'documentation' with the computer says the keyboard should already be paired, but it just doesn't work and I can't find any way of resetting it. Any help would be appreciated.

@bryanmlw,

This document might be helpful.  Keyboard or mouse does not work. Just check the steps 1 thru 6 ONLY.
