HP Envy All-in-One Wireless Charging

HP Recommended
HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a1055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The wireless charging base on my HP Envy All In One is no longer working. I have tested it with different devices (phone, airpods) and none will charge, and the light on the base no longer turns on. I have verified that the wireless charging feature is enabled using the OSD controller. I have also run the HP Support Assistant to verify that all updates have been applied and that I am running the most recent BIOS update.  I know other users have encountered the problem - has anyone been able to successfully resolve it?  Thanks! Colin
