HP ENVY All-in-One - 32-a1055
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The wireless charging base on my HP Envy All In One is no longer working. I have tested it with different devices (phone, airpods) and none will charge, and the light on the base no longer turns on. I have verified that the wireless charging feature is enabled using the OSD controller. I have also run the HP Support Assistant to verify that all updates have been applied and that I am running the most recent BIOS update.  I know other users have encountered the problem - has anyone been able to successfully resolve it?  Thanks! I reviewed your post and I understand that the wireless charging is not working on the computer.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I see that you have already followed all the relevant steps and I recommend you contact support and they will assist you in this regard.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

 

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
