Envy Desktop 795-0020
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just got the Envy Desktop 895-0020 and love it, but I'm encountering severe keyboard lag. Using the same wireless Logitech K350 I used with my old PC before it died on me.

I've checked the keyboard drivers, which look to be updated. Why it shows three keyboards in Device Manager when I only have one hooked up is beyond me - and perhaps part of the problem?

This is incredibly frustrating and troublesome as I write extensively for a living - a PC that I can't type on is a useless PC. Hope someone out there has encountered this and has a solution.

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

Did you recently try this Keyboard with another computer to ensure it's not an issue with the Keyboard?

Do you experience the Lag when using the Mouse?

Do you have fresh batteries installed?

Please uninstall all the Keyboard drivers you find in Device Manager. Unplug the USB Receiver and restart the computer.

Once the computer has booted up, plug back the USB Receiver and pair your Keyboard/Mouse. Try different USB ports if required

Keep me posted how it goes

Thank you and have a great day 😊
