I noticed that as well, but the BIOS has to have support that includes the newer processors.
To date AFAIK it does not.
Check the release information for the latest BIOS updates.

No.
There is support only for 13th Gen processors.
Here are the motherboard specifications

I found several configurations of this machine with 14th Gen Intel processors on Amazon, but all the configurations on HP's online store are 13th Gen. Will HP issue a BIOS update to support the 14th Gen? I'm confused by the discrepancy here.
Additionally, will this machine run i9-13900KF (or i9-14900KF) with its heat-pipe cooler? My configuration currently has i5-13400 and 800W power, which will be shipped to me in March. I plan to update the CPU myself.

The configurations with 14th Gen processors must have a different version motherboard. The socket for 12th, 13th and 14th Gen is LGA1700 but the chipset for 14th Gen must based on Intel® 600 Series Desktop Chipset or Intel® 700 Series Desktop Chipsets.
