My PSU has failed for the second time just 2 months after it was replaced under warranty, the PC is now no longer under warranty though so I need to purchase a replacement and fit it myself,
Problem is I canot locate the same one on ebay or in the uk via google search using the part number (L84091-011).
I looked at getting a Corsair 650 as an upgrade but noticed that it has a 4x4 cpu power cable and my PC only has a single 4 pin cpu power cable connected...
What is a suitable replacement PSU that I can buy quickly and easily in the UK?
Thanks in advance

Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Since your PC is fitted with the ArcticU motherboard (SSID: 8A97), which is a 24-pin enabled ATX motherboard, rather than a 500-watt power supply with p/n: L84091-011 "500W Omen Cooler Master" aka p/n: M98828-001 "POWER SUPPLY UNIT PERSAN3 500WATX EPA85 4O/P,UNICO", I would strongly recommend a quality non-HP branded ATX power supply, preferably with a higher wattage (as this may be the cause for your earlier failings) such as this 750-watt fully modular quality Asus TUF Gaming 750W Gold Amazon-UK purchase option: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Certified-Compatible-Military-grade-Components-Axial-tech/dp/B0BK54TKB9/ref....
Just measure to make sure that this power supply's dimensions (150 x 150 x 86 mm) are a fit for your case.
Btw, the 4x4 CPU power cable can easily be split (it is designed that way) into two 4-pin CPU power cables if you only need one 4-pin CPU power cable.
Kind Regards,
