HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 13-bd0000 (172M8AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

1.5 years old HP envy x360 no warranty. Was working fine but now isn't turning on. Charging light doesn't show when I plug in. Although I checked the charger on another HP laptop and works fine. 

 

What can I do?

 

Can I get it repaired with HP without warranty.

 

Or should I take it to Curry's from where I bought it.

If the laptop is out of warranty I suggest taking it to a laptop shop.

 

If their quote says it will cost half or more of the laptop's current value, it is tome to replace the laptop.

 

If the charging LED does not light up, it means there is a problem with the charging circuit on the system board.
