Device manager under DVD/CD-ROM drives Lists 2 items with problem.
1.- hp HLDS DVDRW GUD1N. "Windows cannot load device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Object Name not found."
2.- Realtek Driver Storage USB Device. "Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) Object name not found."
Is there a way to correct these problems. Tried to find drivers in HP Support site without luck.
All help and suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi:
DVD drives do not have standalone drivers.
For the first issue, see if the Microsoft link below is of help to you.
Probably one of steps 4, 5 or 6 will resolve the problem.
Your CD or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs - Microsoft Support
You probably need the Realtek USB Media Card Reader Driver for the Realtek Storage USB Device, which I don't see listed on your PC's support page, so see if this one works:
