When I turn on my desktop, only the HP Logo comes up followed by the "Automatic Repair" and then Black screen.
I ran the Systems Quick Test and it showed up a Hard Drive Short DST Check Failed.
Failure Id : U0DPTQ-8GWAPD-GXPT7F-60XB03
Hard Drive/SSD 1, Model - WDC WD20EZRZ-60Z5HB0
Desktop is out of warranty now.
Can anyone please guide me on what I should do now ?

I checked the spec page for the HP All-in-One - 24-g099na - it indicates a @2TB hard drive instead of a SSD. The drive cat# also indicates a 2TB WD drive.
Now on to the question - the "Hard Drive Short DST Check Failed" means that the drive is failing. The "Automatic Repair" would tend to agree with that. The solution is to replace the drive and reinstall Windows and all other software. BTW: now is a great time to use a SATA SSD to replace it. However, that choice is up to you. Depending on how full the old drive is/was, you might be able to use a 1TB drive.
I'm not an HP employee.
