Where do I find on my PC HP Harwarediagnostics UEFI, which I downloaded by HP Support Assistant?

If you installed it after you downloaded the utility, the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI utility is in is own partition on the hard disk or SSD of your PC.

You can invoke it when you start the PC by immediately tapping the F2 key.

Thank you very much. It runs but unfortunately the language is netherlands and I cant read it, I am german.

That means you probably downloaded it from the HP Nederlands web page.

Uninstall that one and download it from the hyperlink below.

The de-de after hp.com means it is in Deutsch.
