Thank you for showing your interest in HP Support Forums. It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel. I see from your post that you need information and assistance related to your HP K3500 wireless keyboard. No worries, I'll be glad to help you.
To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:
Are you having issues only with these two keys not working or all the keys on the keyboard not working?
After doing a bit of research found that there is no LED light for the caps lock or for Num lock.
There is a way you can check from the software:
Launch Control panel - On the top right click on the drop down to select small icon - Click on Ease of access center - from the drop down click on Make the keyboard easier to use
Now here you can put a check mark next to Turn on toggle keys and check mark next to Turn on toggle keys by holding down the NUM LOCK key for 5 seconds.
Click on Apply and then click OK.
Alternatively, you can also go through the steps suggested in the support document for - HP PCs - Numeric Keypad Does Not Work (Windows 10, 8, 7)
Hope this answers your question.
Good luck and keep me posted about the developments. If this helps, please mark this as “Accepted Solution” as it will help several others with the same issue and give the post a Kudos for my efforts to help. Thank you and have a great week ahead. 🙂
