My keyboard recognizes CTRL_Plus so I can make a web page larger, but it does not recognize CTRL-Minus to make it smaller. It also does not work in PhotoShiop either.

Hi
Sorry, I don't know if it's bad luck, or else, I don't know this model
but yes if worse and worse, return to seller, if possible

hi
Any other combinations work?
for the control key you have the same problem whether it is the right or left key, and the minus sign at the top of the keyboard (key 6 depending on the model) or numeric key on the right?
to enlarge reduce, you must also be able to click ctrl and mouse wheel, up, down, works?

Other combinations do work: CTRL-P prints, CTRL-C copies, CTRL-X cuts, CTRL-V pastes, CTRL-Z undoes, CTRL-right-arrow moves to end of word ...
Per your suggestion, I tried the right Control Key. It DOES work with the minus but the left Control Key does not.
I ran the keyboard diagnostic, have the latest driver, rebooted the keyboard by removing and replacing the battery and took the dongle out and put it back into the computer and rebooted the computer.

The Control Key works on one side, but not the other. Unfortunately, I've gotten in the habit of using the left Control key when typing stuff on the right side of the keyboard.
So why does not work ONLY for the minus side and ONLY for the left control key? Ans why did this start happening two weeks ago? Sounds like it's a hardware problem.
The only language option I have for my keyboard is English.
This keyboard is less than 6 months old. I'll have to go back and downgrade my review. I marked it positive because of its cheap price, but if it's not fully-functional, price doesn't matter.

I did research, but not sure what to use as a keyword
And so, I didn't find anything useful.
If you have a second keyboard, test it, this may confirm a keyboard problem and not under Windows
for language options
see the example here, you should be able to change!

It's gotten worse. Now neither the plus nor the minus work with the left control key. Other functions still work with this key.
Since this has happened, I tried one more thing. I removed the keyboard in the device manager and rebooted. This forces a reinstall of the driver. I still have the same problem.
This keyboard is slowly dying one function at a time.
I guess I'll unplug this piece of fecal matter and go back to my Logicon board. The key caps are worn off, but at least it is fully functional.
Thanks for the tips, but no matter how much you polish this turd, it's still a trud.
I cant live with having to have both my hands on one side the keyboard to perform a simple function.
