Product: Mouse
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have an HP mouse - Model H2L63AA which I have been using for a few years. it seems that this model has been discontinued but recently the USB dongle has failed and is giving me the following error - "USB device not recognized, the last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it"

 

I have tried everything what has been recommended, restarting, disabling etc. and nothing seems to work. 

 

Can the USB dongle be replaced or is it's a case of getting a new mouse altogether.
