Thank you for replying with this detailed response 😉
I appreciate your time and efforts,
I had been closely following on both your posts and providing helpful inputs to the agent working on the other post,
As it was a related issue and I see that you've marked it as a solution, as far as I can say, you wouldn't need a graphics card upgrade considering the source of the issue has been resolved, however, if you need to upgrade either way, here's what you need:
System Interface - PCI Express 2.0 x16
Maximum Power Consumption - 41 W (Which may require a PSU upgrade)
Currently you have the below Power Supply:
-
180 W uATX Regular internal power supply
-
68% efficiency
And the above would be insufficient unless upgraded after adding the new graphics card of your choice.
I hope that has answered all your queries.

Thank you for responding. My current system is a HP Pavilion Desktop PC570-p027c. Product No. Z5M18AA. The minimum requirements for the software (Sketchup 2017) regarding a graphics card is that it fully supports Open GL ES 2 and has 1024 MB minimum ram. Hope this is enough information. As you will most likely see I have an Intel HD Graphics630 card in my system. My additional question would be that if the card I have in question does fit is it going to provide any additional benifit. The main reason I am interested in changing is I am experiencing issues with every update I get to Windows 10. I am needing to roll back the graphics card update each time. Thank you.
