Hello,

I am having some issues trying to get my usb-c port to work.  I have the bios up to date and the all usb-c drivers all are updated as well.  I am trying to use the usb-c port to connect my pc to my monitor (USB-C to hdmi).  It seems as if I have tried everything, but it does not resolve the issue.  What can I do to fix the issue?

Does your monitor have DP port ? Please try USB-C to DP direct, no middle man.

Regards.

HDMI and DP use digital signals but they are NOT the same.
