Hello, I have upgraded to a HP OMEN RTX 3080, I am currently having an issue with the performance of the card, currently running benchmarks I am getting horribly low scores. I was advised to install the drivers right from the HP website, but the VBIOS update for the RTX 3080, this did not fix it, I was getting fragmenting on my screen when using this firmware.

Greetings @syrusn
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Is your PC is warranty?
I did not know HP provides graphics card firmware updates, especially for a retail (non HP) graphics card.
Maybe your power supply can't do the job if you upgraded to a 3080. A reference Nvidia 3080 needs a 700 watt power supply.
Is the 3080 new or used?
I would think you have a hardware problem if you are using the latest Nvidia drivers for your card and you have the correct power supply.
It could be a Windows problem. But you would have to back up data. Now do a clean Windows install to verify a hardware problem.
It sounds like you may need integrated SMT component repair by a qualified Pro if reinstalling Windows does not fix the problem.
Pros inspect the PCB and solder joints for microscopic defects, check voltages and continuity, and replace: memory chips, VRMs, capacitors, inductors, and reball graphics chips.
