Temporarily disconnect all drives ( ssd, m.2 ... ) and boot with ubuntu usb flash drive again ...
Does it work ?

I was hoping you would help me... Besides, it's a HP community forum, not a randomly choosen one.
I found also an information you can see below. That's the reason why I'm looking for any software solution.

Do you have a 2nd motherboard/computer to test the current i7 cpu ?
Buy a new i7 CPU that meets the specification. If the new one doesn't work either, it's the motherboard and you can send the CPU back. If you have HP warranty, the motherboard should be replaced or use another model.
