Hello

i want to change my hard drive to SSD and to upgrade also the ram  is this possible ?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, After reading your post, I did go through the Product specifications  of your product and found that you have 1 TB HDD and 8 GB installed on the PC.  Refer to Memory upgrade information
