Hello,

I bought the HP OmniStudio X 31.5" All-in-One Desktop PC 32-c0000 (9T0F9AV), and I can’t understand why the fan noise is so noticeable even in standby mode. I think this is a general problem with many HP products. I’ve owned six iMacs in my life, and every single one of them was silent.

But this HP all-in-one has a loud fan noise even when I simply turn the PC on. At the moment, I don’t have any programs open, and the fan is still clearly audible. I don’t understand why HP hasn’t done anything about this issue after so many years.

Is there any reason why a fan should be loud when you’re not doing anything on an all-in-one PC? For €1900, that’s quite disappointing in my opinion.
