Product: HP Omen 25L
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi , 

I have an HP Omen 25 L (Model HPGT120707 ). It has come with 512 GB SSD and 16GB RAM but I want to add more resources to it.  I was just wondering how/where  to check compatible RAM and SSD I need to buy  add more power to this machine?

1. RAM: That is a very tricky part. Please try 3200MHz RAM on the following link

                  https://uk.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/omen-25l-gt12-0050na

       RAM will run at 2933MHz

 

2. STORAGE: Machine has

  • WD_BLACK 512 GB PCIe NVMe TLC SSD
  • 1 TB

You can upgrade to

  • 2TB of PCIe WD_Black and/or
  • upgrade 2TB normal HDD to 2TB or even 4TB
