HP Omen 30L crashing while gaming - Selftest means all fine

Hello I´ve buied the Omen 30L last year. I´ve thougt its a good choice to take a Computer from HP.

While gaming Farming Simulator or Flight Simulator the fan´s from the NVIDIA 3080 and from the case a running suddenly on 100% sounds like Jet ist starting. But the game is running. When I configure a Tractor in Farming Simulator suddenly: "Black Screen" PC ist still running on full power. Then stop and Restart.

In the Windows Event log is the failure: "Kernel Power 41".

I´ve updated the Bios on Version F.18 the RTX 3080 runs on the neweset drivers. 

I´ve cheched the temperature while gaming with the HP Gaming Hub, but it´s not in the critical area I think.  CPU und RTX 3080 are both under 90°C.

I´ve thought is there a voltage spike an the power adapter can´t bringt enough power for a second?

It is already the second Omen 30L I´ve got. I´d the same Problem last Year an HP change´d the RTX 3080. Since then it´s still runing without problems. Until this week. 

I´m living in Germany so I´ve called the HP Support. They asked: Have you already made a PC Selftest? - Ofcourse! Whats the result? - No Problems found... - HP Support answers: So there ist no problem.... thanks for Help HP Support...

I hope someboy has the final Anwesers to give my Omen 30L the old Power without Black Screens...
