Recently bought a HP Omen 30L and noticed from the start that whenever i play a somewhat taxing game like The Witcher 3, Doom, Sekiro etc. the PC sometimes start spinning out of control. The issue i see it as is it is WAY too loud, it pierces my muffled headphones and even into other rooms.
I've looked into it in the HP Opem Gaming hub in where you can control the fan with basic settings such as quiet, normal etc. This happens on all three modes.
The problem has been persisted since the purchase, tested the computer out and everything runned smoothly other than it rising to some extreme noise and surging of fans. Its almost like it surges on all cylinders and goes through a heat cycle or something. It does this sporadically and lasts for about 20-30 seconds before returning down to normal noise/fan levels.
Didnt bother writing to the support for a few months seeing as this maybe happens on certain games/video settings but seeing as its stacked with a 3090 and a good cpu, there shouldnt be this issue with less taxing games such as Dota 2, older rpgs or just Runeterra Cardgame + Youtube on 2nd monitor. This is the only issue i have with the PC and seeing as the gpu nor the cpu should be "overclocking" considering the specs. It literally sounds like its about to lift up and take off at mach 2 speeds any seconds sometimes.
This bothers me and seeing as the PC cost nearly 4000$, i dont want to think about how it will sound like 2 years from now.
Is this a setting in the PC which purges heat from time to time or something of that kind? The overall temperature inside the PC (As recorded by Omen Gaming Hub) doesnt even reach 50 degrees Celsius.
Would you be so kind and look into this for me,
Thanks in advance.

@Gibbs040 -- i don't want to think about how it will sound like 2 years from now.
In 2 years, it probably will sound the same, when you do the same things.

Certainly.
Try a different tool, such as the free version of the SPECCY software.
It will show the temperature of the motherboard, the temperature of the processor, and the temperature of the disk-drive, and maybe the temperature of the fan on top of the video-adapter card.
Run it immediately after starting-up your computer, to get a "base-line" temperature.
Then, when the fans are spinning with more noise & speed, run SPECCY again, to see that has changed.
Tell us the two sets of temperatures.
The motherboard is designed to monitor the internal temperature, and to speed-up the fans when the temperature rises too much. More fan-speed causes more noise.
Remove a side-panel, to ensure that you do not have a "dead" fan inside the case, that is NOT spinning while your computer is working.
Your computer case has several air-intakes, to suck room-temperature air into the case.
Ensure that those air-intakes are not blocked, such as placing the case on a soft pad.
Also, your computer case has several air-exhausts, to push warmed-up air out of the case.
Ensure that those exhaust ports are not blocked, such as placing the back of the case too close to a wall, or the back of a "computer-desk" type of cabinet.
