@Javier58,

Welcome to our HP Community forum!

I couldn't find definitive measurements.

What I would recommend is to power down your PC, remove your existing graphics card, and use a ruler to measure the maximum length your case can accommodate for a graphics card.

Looking at HP PartSurfer information, without exception as far as I can see, HP uses (HP-branded) smaller-sized (dual fan) graphics cards in their Omen 35L GT16-0xxx platforms, and I would suggest that is what you should do.  Meaning, the larger-sized (triple cooling fan) models may be too large (length!) to fit in your case, but you'll have to ascertain that by making your own measurement.

For example, if you are eyeballing an RTX 5070, go with a smaller-sized model, such as this one: ASUS DUAL RTX 5070 OC Edition Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.  Btw, this particular graphics card requires at the very minimum a 600-watt power supply, but for GPUs with a 250/300-watt TDP, I would recommend a quality 750-watt power supply.

What would you say is the maximum length a gpu can have that can fit the hp omen 35l GT16-0000m in inches and mm because when I search up the GPU length for the hp omen 35l on google it says the maximum length gpu the 330mm or 335 mm depending on the model the reason I ask is because I want to put an 9070xt in it

@Javier58,

Well, assuming the AI response is indeed correct, there would be a number of RX 9070 XT cards that would fit in your rig, such as this fine model: ASRock RX 9070 XT Steel Legend Dark Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database, which has a length of 298mm.

Mind you, the RX 9070 XT sports a 304-watt TDP, and at the very minimum you should have a 750-watt power supply but given the fact that RX 9070 XT cards in game performance testing average a whopping 500-watt of power, an 850-watt power supply is highly recommend.

None of my business per se, but personally I would rather recommend getting an RTX 5070 Ti instead of an RX 9070 XT -from one gamer to another: much better performance and similar TDP (300-watt): UserBenchmark: AMD RX 9070-XT vs Nvidia RTX 5070-Ti, such as this outstanding model (306mm): ASUS PRIME RTX 5070 Ti OC Edition Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.

@Javier58,

Even the comparable RTX 5070 would be an outstanding option to consider, right now you can get a quality MSI model for $714.99 via Amazon: Amazon.com: MSI RTX 5070 12G Gaming Trio OC Graphics Card (12GB GDDR7, 192-bit, Extreme Performance:....
