My HP Omen 880-021 Desktop specifications say it only supports an AMD Ryzen5-1400 (which I currently have installed), Ryzen5-1600, Ryzen7-1700, and Ryzen7-1800X. I'm wondering if the (Higos) motherboard would support any newer CPU models from AMD such as a Ryzen 7 2700, 2700x, or 3700x upon installation. Would I have to update my BIOS, or are they not compatible at all?

@HumbertoPerez , welcome back to the forum.
The processors listed in the section titled "Processor/Processor upgrade information" have been fully tested to assure that they are fully compatible with the motherboard. If the processors are not listed, a BIOS update will not make them compatible. HP has their motherboards made to their specifications. They use them in many different models, with different specifications.
