HP Omen Desktop PC 880-050
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is it possible to change the bulb to another color, either by physically replacing it, or with software? I installed HP Omen Gaming center, but no option there for changing lighting. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

hi

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05506518

this type of computer, does not have the option to change color, at least so far, I have not found a solution
There was memory, new software, but ultimately was not compatible
I don't remember his name

As for changing the led, it may be complicated, but may be possible.
I wouldn't risk it, a mistake, and it can be fatal I think

Thanks for the help. I think I'll try to cover the glass with a thin sort of colored celophane or some sort of clear thin plastic that changes the color so I can still see inside. I just don't care for the red light.

Let me see the rendering if possible.
It's a shame, all the same, the red LED is very aggressive, it can be quite annoying ..
I had seen another model, with, you could modify the colors, go from several to one, and deactivate if I remember correctly!
But they didn't do the same with this one ..

Will do, It'll probably be a week before I do it, but when I do, I'll try to remember to take a picture and post a reply here.
