OMEN Desktop PC 25L GT12-0000i (7WM06AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

HP Omen 25L GT12. BIOS updated to latest version (F23) and Intel Storage Driver updated (18.x). Trying to configure RAID of 2x Sata SSDs. In the BIOS under UEFI HII Configuration I see the intel storage device and and option to Setup RAID and the 2 drives that have been unassigned. Whenever I click the drive(s) or the Setup RAID the options disappear and take me back to main BIOS screen. I know years ago HP did not allow RAID on non server class devices but that was roughly 10 years ago and this is a gaming desktop. Would be great to setup either RAID 0 or RAID 1 to increase performance/storage.

HP BIOS are a little goofy and I am not familiar with them as I am other manufacturers such as Lenovo or Dell. Is there something I am missing? Or does the system not support RAID even though it looks like it supports RAID.

ADDITIONAL INFO: I toggled SATA from RAID to AHCI. When I turn to AHCI the Uefi HII Config completely disappears. I also turned off secure boot and tested. No change. I've rolled back ro an older BIOS and same issue. If RAID is not compatible I wouldn't expect it to have to button to configure or show drives like they are available to setup. As I said above. It just takes me back to default BIOS menu.

Got tired of fighting with the non-intuitive BIOS/Raid driver and HP lack of friendly and professional support. Setup a software RAID in windows as proof of concept. Ended up returning the drives though and just went with a larger NVME to replace the 512 gen 3 the machine came with.
